This website is operated by Iqra Import & Exports Pvt Ltd, operating under the brand name Sigma Luggage. Our registered office is located at Plot no 42, Katedan, Hyderabad 500077, Telangana, India.

2. Products and Pricing

All products listed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices include applicable GST unless otherwise explicitly stated.

3. B2B / Wholesale Transactions

Users registering as Dealers, Distributors, or placing Corporate Bulk Orders are subject to separate commercial agreements. The prices displayed on the public retail storefront do not reflect wholesale margins. B2B users must log in to the dedicated Enterprise Portal (b2b.sigmaluggage.com) to view their specific pricing matrices and credit terms.

4. Warranty Registration

Sigma Luggage offers a comprehensive 2-Year Warranty on manufacturing defects. The warranty becomes active only upon successful registration of the product's serial number on our portal, or upon verification of a valid retail invoice.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All retail orders placed on our website are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays). You will receive an email and WhatsApp notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping across India for all retail orders valued above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹149 will be applied at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location relative to our Hyderabad manufacturing hub:

  • Metro Cities (Tier 1): 2 to 4 Business Days
  • Non-Metro Cities (Tier 2/3): 4 to 7 Business Days
  • Remote/North-East Regions: 7 to 10 Business Days

4. B2B Dispatch

For wholesale and dealer orders, dispatch times and transport modes (Road/Rail) are determined at the time of booking confirmation based on order volume. Freight charges for B2B orders are calculated separately.

Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Retail customers can cancel their order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return upon receiving it.

2. 7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns for retail orders within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the luggage must be:

  • Unused, un-scratched, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and the protective plastic film intact.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our Hyderabad facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

4. B2B Returns

Goods sold to authorized dealers and distributors are generally non-returnable unless the entire shipment sustained heavy transit damage or manufacturing defects are identified upon delivery. B2B partners must report discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving the shipment (LR date).
